Problem with voicemail pins

We are currently experiencing issues with voicemail pins taking a long time to be set, either from Phoneman (for non-person pins) or from registration (SSO connected pins). This is because the synchronisation between systems is taking too long, and as a stop-gap we have had to increase the time between synchronisations to 90 minutes. If users have an issue after setting their pin, they should wait 90 minutes before contacting the service desk on chorus@it.ox.ac.uk. This is being actively investigated.
